Foot Pedal TIG Remote Controller for STAHLWERK Welding Machines
For the TIG200, TIG-200P, AC/DC-TIG200P, CT-520, CT-520P, and CT-312 (2010-2012) models, no modifications are required. For any TIG machine with a resistance foot pedal control, modifications may be necessary.
The switch connections are as follows: PIN 6,7, BROWN, and WHITE. The resistor network output connections are: PIN1(RED), 2(BLUE), and 3(GREEN). The front dial can be used to set the base current, while the foot pedal controls the switch and peak current range. Modifications can be made by changing the potentiometers and wiring, as per the welding machine's specifications. This solution can be easily adapted to fit most machines with a similar control mechanism.
For Stahlwerk TIG welders or multi-function machines with TIG functions and a remote port with a 7 PIN plug, the modification process is straightforward. The switch can be controlled by the foot pedal, eliminating the need to use the TIG switch. Additionally, the different current ranges can be customized by utilizing the front dial. These machines are known for their robust construction and durability, ensuring long-lasting use.
