The FC140 3-in-1 welding machine is a lightweight, ultra-portable, and multifunctional welder that connects to a 120-volt power supply. Its intuitive user interface and easy setup allow for quick welding. This wire feed welder is an excellent choice for Flux-Cored welding, and also suitable for Stick welding and Lift Tig welding.

The Flux core weld function features a synergic adjustment, making it easy for even a beginner to use. The Stick weld functions include a built-in Hot-start that makes arc striking easier, and an Arc-force that provides smoother welding and deeper penetration. The machine also has anti-stick protection, making it easy to remove the electrode from the workpiece.

The FC140 is protected against overheating, overcurrent, and short circuits, ensuring safe operation. It offers outstanding arc stability with low spatter and deep penetration, making it an ideal stick welder for household and small workshop use.

The machine's power supply is AC 110V (90-140V), with a rated input current of 39A (MIG), 43A (MMA), and 29A (TIG). It has a no-load voltage of 52±5V and a welding current range of 20-140A (MIG & MMA) and 10-140A (TIG). The duty cycle is 35% (MIG), 30% (MMA), and 40% (TIG).

The FC140 can weld workpieces with a thickness ranging from 1/32 inch (0.8mm) to 3/8 inch (9.5mm), using Flux Core MIG wire (Mild Steel E71TGS, 0.030/0.035 inch, 2-pound spool) and electrode diameters from 1/16 inch to 1/8 inch (1.6mm to 3.2mm).

The machine's IGBT control mode improves reliability, providing smoother welding and deeper penetration, as well as a stable welding current. The LED light feature, activated by a 3-second press of the function button, makes it convenient to work in dimly lit environments.
