Everlast SM100N SPOOL GUN
The SM100N Spool Gun is designed to fit Cyclone 140E and 200ES units with a Euro-style Connector and can also be used with older Power i-MIG 140E and 200E welders. It is designed for use with .030"-.035" diameter wire, and for best results with aluminum, it is recommended to use .035" wire. The see-through plastic cover allows you to view the wire roll and remaining wire without having to open the side cover.
This spool gun is suitable for welding metals between 1/8" to 3/16" (140E) and up to 1/4" max (200ES). If your model is not listed, please contact Everlast, and they will assist you in choosing the correct gun.
The SM100N Spool Gun fits the following models: Cyclone 140E and 200ES units with Euro-style Connectors, as well as older Power i-MIG 140E and 200E welders. It is rated for 135A with a 35% Duty Cycle, which is comparable to other guns of this size.
The serrated drive roll feeds 40XX and 50XX series aluminum wire, and the Euro-style Connector allows for easy connection to the gun connection on the welder. The common type consumables are interchangeable with similar "SP-M8" type guns.
The maximum roll diameter is 4", and the 20 ft. cable provides extended length welding when the standard gun is not long enough. The SM100N Spool Gun comes with a 6-month warranty.
