The Welder is capable of welding with TIG AC Square/TIG AC Triangular/TIG AC Pulse Square/TIG AC Pulse Triangular/TIG DC Pulse/TIG DC/STICK Methods. AC TIG is used in finesse welding various aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and other non-ferrous metals. DC TIG provides the low-temperature control you need for precise welding of various steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper. The Stick mode saves costs on shielding gas to make fencing and equipment repairs.

The unique DASH-ARC technology patent improves arc striking speed from 200ms to 40ms, with a 99.99% arc striking success rate, which enhances welding efficiency and yields better welding results. The digital constant current regulation technology ensures low noise and high stable arc quality across the full specification.

The AC/DC TIG welder is equipped with a pulse function to prevent the burning of materials and minimize material distortion from excessive heat input. The triangular wave reduces the heat input effectively, making the weld form rapidly, which is ideal for thin metal welding. The Square Wave can switch the polarity quickly, providing a dynamic arc for a stable weld pool and a strong ability to clean aluminum oxide film, thus enabling more precise welding on aluminum or aluminum alloy.

Parameters such as Pre-flow, Initial current, Up-slope, Peak current, Base current, Down-slope, Crater current, Post-flow, Pulse duty, AC frequency, AC balance, and Pulse frequency are easily adjustable. The 2T/4T/Spot welding TIG torch control and foot pedal remote control (not included) methods further improve the welding performance.

The user-friendly and simple interface enables operators to set the machine easily and efficiently. The data and dynamic output current will be displayed immediately.
